Follow-up sessions (30 or 60 minutes) provide the ongoing support you need to assess progress, navigate challenges, and refine your plan with intention. Whether scheduled weekly, biweekly or monthly, these sessions are a space to reconnect, reflect, and build on the foundation we’ve established.

During these sessions, we will:

  • Revisit your goals and track progress over time

  • Review your responses to dietary or lifestyle changes

  • Explore any new symptoms, concerns, or life updates

  • Address roadblocks and identify supportive strategies

  • Review any updated or additional lab results

  • Incorporate breathwork, mindfulness, or gentle movement (as desired)

  • Continue practicing sustainable stress reduction techniques

  • Adjust your nutrition plan and supplement protocol as needed

  • Collaborate with your healthcare providers to support integrated, holistic care

These sessions are designed to meet you where you are—with flexibility, empathy, and practical tools to help you stay grounded and aligned with your health goals.
